Before you can pick the date and time of your examination, you will be required to reserve your appointment with a credit card. Your credit card payment is fully refundable if you are unable to make your appointment time. We do require a 24-hour cancellation to get a refund.

Your examination will not cost more than $49 regardless of whether you have health insurance or not, and whether we accept it or not. The $49 fee will cover your consultation, examination and follow up.
For health insurances, we do accept BCBS, Carefirst, Cigna, Aetna and United Healthcare.
